PoC live. Technical spike validates the thesis. Three-vertical wedge in flight.

Piggyback exists because the single biggest friction in SMB messaging is a telecom assumption: that to text-enable a business line, you have to port the voice service with it. Owners won’t do that. Their phone is load-bearing. The PoC proves you can attach texting to a main number without touching voice — a “piggyback” on the existing route. That unlocks a wedge into three verticals where text is the actual communication channel customers already prefer. What I’m watching for now is which vertical converts first, and how fast carrier diligence closes.
